Power

Monitor how your Torus Station is performing with real-time data and explore trends with historical data across Home, Solar, Battery, and Grid.

Power

Your Torus Station is constantly optimizing to help you save money, reduce your CO2 emissions, and ensure your home’s safety. The Power experience is simple, yet helps you understand exactly what your system is doing.

Power illuminates the performance of your Torus Station so you can understand system status and optimize usage. Track your power at a high level across Home, Grid, Battery, and Solar or tap into each report for detailed breakdowns. Each report shows where power comes from and where it goes with the ability to see from the current moment to your first day of install.

Key Features

  • The Power Index screen gives you at a glance overviews of your home’s consumption, grid usage, battery utilization, and solar production. This screen also shows your current Torus Powered Score, which makes it easy to see how your system is helping you throughout the day.

  • Because the Torus Powered Score is so helpful in understanding just how effective your Torus Station has been, we’re displaying the score on each report. You can tap on the score to get a breakdown of your score!

  • Each report—Home, Grid, Battery, and Solar—makes it easy to see how much power is being used in real-time on the Live tab. The Live tab shows you the last ten minutes of power usage. With the Day, Week, Month, Year, and All tabs you can see how your power consumption changes over time.

  • On the Home report you’ll see the total power or energy used by your home, as well as the total solar power produced. We’ve also included a breakdown of where the consumed power came from, and what the produced power was used for.

  • The Grid report gives you a breakdown of how the power you imported from the grid was used, and how much power was exported, or sent back to the grid.

  • With the Battery report you can easily see the charge and discharge cycles of your batteries, and track the state of charge over time.

  • On the Solar report you can see how solar power was produced, and what ended up using that solar power
